Reservation Acceptance:

Your payment is processed at the time of making a reservation request.

A reservation is confirmed only after we accept it.

If we are unable to accommodate your reservation request due to unavailability, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Once a reservation request is accepted and confirmed, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Reservations cannot be canceled or altered once they are confirmed.
