Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

At Comal, we strive to provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests. Below are the terms for refunds, cancellations, and changes to bookings:

Refund Policy

  1. Reservation Acceptance:

    • Your payment is processed at the time of making a reservation request.

    • A reservation is confirmed only after we accept it.

    • If we are unable to accommodate your reservation request due to unavailability, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.
       

  2. Non-refundable Payments:

    • Once a reservation request is accepted and confirmed, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Reservations cannot be canceled or altered once they are confirmed.

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
       

  2. Changes to Reservations:

    • We are unable to make changes to confirmed bookings, including changes to the number of guests, seating preferences, or timing.

Return Policy

This policy applies solely to payments made for reservations, as Comal is a dining establishment.

General Terms

  1. Larger Bookings:

    • For group reservations larger than 8 people, please contact us directly at 8123240555 for assistance and custom arrangements.
       

  2. Communication:

    • Reservations and booking requests will only be accepted via our official reservation system. Requests through email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other channels will not be entertained.
       

  3. Service Charge:

    • All reservations are subject to a service charge, which is non-refundable.
